Our mission is: To empower the youth in the community to achieve a healthy balance of fitness, nutrition and mental well-being.To achieve this mission we combine various fitness activities (bootcamp stations and no-contact boxing), team building activities and self-confidence building exercises.
Each monthly program will vary and can be requested for review at any time.
