As part of our Self Care initiative, please join us for 60 minutes of both connection and quiet time. For the first 15-20 minutes, we'll get together and chit chat and connect. For the rest of the hour, you can spend that time reading, journaling, meditating, drawing, or coloring.... and THAT will be our quiet time.
Feel free to bring a camp chair, mat, blanket, pillow, etc... whatever you want to make yourself cozy and comfortable. You're also welcome to bring snacks or drinks.
