THIS CLASS IS FOR EXPERIENCED MEMBERS ONLY / NO BEGINNERS
This Next Level Training class focuses on boxing drills and various stations that will help develop strength, endurance, conditioning, speed, agility and footwork. We will utilize the tools of heavy bag, speed bag, slip bag and focus mitts, as members will learn to hit with proper technique to avoid injury. This will be a no-contact class, but I guarantee, not only will you TRAIN like a real boxer, you’ll FEEL like a real boxer! You'll feel empowered and build confidence, whether you have gloves on our not!
