This class will utilize the tools of heavy bag, speed bag, slip bag and focus mitts, as members will learn to hit with proper technique to avoid injury. This will be a no-contact class, but I guarantee, you’ll feel like a real boxer in OR out of the ring (class).
Our goal is to empower you and boost your confidence whether you have gloves on our not!
We’ll also incorporate various boxing drills and various stations that will help develop strength, endurance, conditioning, speed, agility and footwork.
