You'll start with 30 minutes of a freestyle, no-contact class that will combine key elements of Mixed Martial Arts: boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, karate, etc. Get ready to punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to your peak level of fitness (and feeling totally bad-ass) all the way to the top!
Your final 30 minutes will be abs-olute core work!
